You may cancel your ProfileDesk subscription at any time. To cancel:
Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your initial subscription payment.
Refunds are not provided for: partial months, renewals after the initial period, annual plans after 7 days, or accounts found to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Annual subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, a pro-rated refund may be considered at our discretion — contact us to discuss.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (card, UPI, or bank account). Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
In the event of a significant service outage (more than 24 continuous hours during market hours), affected subscribers may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or extension of their subscription period. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and communicated directly to affected users.
Access granted via coupon codes or free trials is complimentary and not eligible for any cash refund. If a coupon is applied incorrectly or does not activate as expected, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Founding Member subscribers who cancel and later re-subscribe will be charged the then-current standard rate. The ₹999/month price lock applies only to continuous, uninterrupted subscriptions.
