ProfileDesk is a web-based Market Profile terminal providing live TPO (Time Price Opportunity) charts, Value Area analysis, and related market data tools for Indian equity markets. The service is owned and operated by Rajesh Kolagatla, an individual based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ProfileDesk. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
ProfileDesk operates on a paid subscription model. Access to the terminal requires an active subscription. The following plans are currently offered:
Subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment. Access is granted to the paying user only and is non-transferable.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (Razorpay / Cashfree). ProfileDesk does not store your card details. By completing a payment, you agree to the terms of the respective payment processor.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Coupon codes may be issued for promotional or trial purposes. Each coupon code may only be used once per user. Coupon codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. ProfileDesk reserves the right to expire or cancel coupon codes at any time.
IMPORTANT: ProfileDesk is a data visualisation and analysis tool. All content, data, charts, and information provided are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on ProfileDesk constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other form of regulated advice. Rajesh Kolagatla is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Trading involves significant risk of loss.

All content, code, design, and data on ProfileDesk is the property of Rajesh Kolagatla. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for personal use only. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
ProfileDesk depends on live market data from third-party providers (FYERS Securities). While we make every effort to maintain uptime and data accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Market data may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable due to factors beyond our control.
Planned maintenance will be scheduled outside market hours (09:15–15:30 IST) wherever possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rajesh Kolagatla shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use ProfileDesk, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or loss of profits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ProfileDesk at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ProfileDesk after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
